This card depicts a Redwing, which are usually seen in winter feasting on the berries in hedgerows. The pale streak by their eye and orange/red below their wing makes them an easy bird to distinguish up close, though far away it may be mistaken for a Song Thrush. Often the Redwing eats berries such as hawthorn, holly and sloes.
The card is 14 by 11cm (5.5 by 4.4 inches) and has ‘Happy Christmas’ printed inside.
